Details: Parallon Business Solutions Richmond Shared Service Center is seeking an Assistant CFO . This position is located at the Boulders VII, 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive, Richmond, Va. 23225. The Assistant CFO position is designed to offer training and work experience in the Patient Account Services financial setting, and prepare candidate to be a Shared Service Center Chief Financial Officer. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Financial Reporting and Accounting • Payer Payment Analysis • Hospital Net Revenue Analysis • Understanding of Bad Debt and Charity policies • Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit requirements • Communication with Hospitals and Shared Service Center Staff (varying levels of translation/interpretation/detail) • Hands-on experience interacting with CEO, COO, Division Management and multiple department directors EDUCATION • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance • MBA, MHA or CPA designation preferred EXPERIENCE • General Hospital Finance/Accounting Experience • Hospital Net Revenue Analysis Experience • Two to Five years of management experience
