The FSS may be responsible for a sales territory that extends beyond one region. An FSS will have an emphasis on financial solution sales. The FSS may also be called upon to assist in developing a combined financial solution and sales strategy with Presidio Networked Solutions (PNS) for Presidio customers and prospects. Responsibilities Sales Execution Increases sales and market share and develops business through multiple marketing and sales techniques Executes sales strategy by indentifying customer needs and selling the appropriate financial solutions, while cross-selling PNS company services where appropriate including but not limited to cold calling, conducting in person meetings, and partnering with PNS, vendors, manufacturers and other referral sources. Maintains a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to identify customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business. Meets or exceeds annual sales top line revenue and margin goals as defined by management. Account Management Manages individual sales objectives to include sales orders and billing activities to support accounting cycles. Manages on-going customer account maintenance to include, updating account information in company systems and resolving customer satisfaction issues. Works with the inside sales team, the syndications team and the portfolio management team to ensure that transactions are quoted and processed accurately and efficiently. Maintains relationships with multi levels of customer contacts, but has a focus to maintain executive level (Csuite) relationships. Strategic Planning & Presentation Adheres to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools. Understands and provides sophisticated financial solutions to customers. Performs continuous marketing efforts to new and existing customers. Participates in scheduled sales calls with sales team and management to communicate sales and profit objectives. Participates in on-going sales training to ensure satisfactory performance, improve sales skills, stay abreast on emerging accounting and tax rulings Promotes company culture and ethics and establishes name recognition. Works in a team environment within PTC and PNS and provides feedback and coaching to enhance all aspects of the sales strategy. Participates in company efforts to improve the quality of sales organization. Works with sales leadership on specific vendor relationships and company initiatives. Basic Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in technology solution sales preferred. In-depth understanding of lease structures, contracts and applicable accounting and tax rulings Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles. Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software. Knowledge of application of basic mathematics skills. Knowledge of basic economic, accounting and tax principles and practices. Knowledge of administration and management principles, specifically in planning and resource allocation. Strong customer service skills and service orientation focus. Effective active learning and listening skills. Effective instructing skills. Critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills. Strong monitoring and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to create a strategic plan with the customers’ executive staff to add value to the customers’ business and develop a sales plan to meet the customers’, PTC’s and Presidio’s strategic needs. Ability to sensitize and forecast problem areas. Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
