Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 5:00pm Minimum Rate: * Salary dependent upon experience* Req: 3742163 Responsibilities **Modified** This position provides support for the financial reporting and controls for health plans. Position addresses activities related to the implementation and controls of the processes exceuted after health plan contracts have been negotiated and signed. Financial modeling and activities include include budget price change impact analysis, health plan sales compensation tracking, contract performance review, maintenance of contracted rates database and billing reimbursement support. This position routinely interfaces with Health Plan Sales, Disease State Marketing Franchises, Revenue Services (Billing), Health Plan Operations, Field Finance, Corporate P&A, and Health Plan Finance Contract Support. - Functional understanding of the healthcare industry and health plans specifically (product types, trends, etc), preferred. - Strong financial and analytical thinking skills - Innovative thinking to work effectively cross-functionally in a matrixed environment - Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Advanced spreadsheet capabilities (Look-up Functions, Pivot Tables, etc) - Background with relational databases and / or MS Access --table / query design, report design and automation, a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) - Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team - Proven track record in delivering positive results - 5+ years finance, data analytics or related field - Sales Operations and / or Billing Experience, preferred This position provides support for the financial reporting and controls for health plans.
