Cryogenic Airgas Asset Manager

Details: Job Responsibilities: Meet or exceed all of Air Liquide’s safety standards, policies and or practices at all times Oversee and ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of Cryogenic Fleet Assets. Contribute to development of safe operating practices and improvement of trailer specification and design Provide subject matter expert and or design authority guidance and expertise Establish, implement and monitor Cryogenic Asset maintenance processes Establish and maintain communication w/Zone Distribution Managers, Region Sales, Supply Chain Management, National Scheduling Center, and National Product Supply, to ensure customer requirements and scorecard objectives are met Meet or exceed financial and or project initiative objectives Monitor, audit and oversee Cryogenic Fleet maintenance activities Provide appropriate training and the assist in the development of training materials\scripts\certification materials Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement “Best in Class” business and industry “Best Practices” Assist in negotiating pricing, supplies, and service availability w/various vendors Coordinate and manage key suppliers to reduce testing, repair, or refurbishment ETA’s and costs Create, submit, and manage appropriate OPEX and CAPEX requests and purchases Manage equipment warranty issues w/various trailer and component manufacturers Utilize and maintain maintenance management tools, such as Maximo, PeopleNet, etc. Monitor and maintain Specifications Conformance/Use of Sophisticated Test Equipment Meet individual training requirements, and certifications Adhere to, execute, and perform corporate policies, processes, and procedures
