Details: Essential Duties, Skills and Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and maintain annual corporate financial plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts 2. Perform monthly forecasting process and support program managers and key corporate executives in the development of project EACs and organizational budgets and forecasts 3. Develop financial reports and provide variance analysis and commentary against financial plan and key metrics. Create, manage and produce management reports providing line managers with easy-to-understand summaries of financial results to improve understanding of performance and drive growth 4. Track project funding, spend, and contractual actions/modifications which impact the financial aspects of a task order and contract 5. Provide sound financial and business advice to key stakeholders to include Program Managers, Project Managers, Corporate Executives, and company employees 6. Work with members of the Finance & Accounting team in support of financial and DCAA audits and reviews 7. Prepare monthly invoices to be sent to Project Managers and clients 8. Prepare semi-monthly payroll functions including but not limited to ADP and CP 9. Support Accounting Manager and Director with accounting tasks and activities that may include general ledger, bank recs, accounts payable management, ad-hoc reporting, and requests Work Environment: Successful candidate must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills both in person and via telephone. Must be able to interface well with customers (internal and external), work in a fast pace environment, work with a team, be able to multi-task, and be results oriented. Candidate must be proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
